About This Role
The Ram Group, Inc. is seeking a part-time Partnerships Manager to expand strategic relationships that support growth across industrial automation, enterprise systems, and material handling solutions. You will identify, develop, and manage partnerships with manufacturers, integrators, service providers, and other industry stakeholders that can strengthen go-to-market efforts and create new opportunities. This role is ideal for a commercially minded relationship builder who understands technical B2B sales cycles and can represent a specialized industrial solutions company with professionalism and credibility.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel management, or strategic accounts
- Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships in B2B or industrial markets
- Strong communication and presentation skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Experience developing partnership plans, referral structures, or channel programs
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and leadership teams
- Comfort using CRM tools and pipeline tracking systems to manage opportunities and partner activity
- Self-directed, organized, and effective in a remote work environment
- Experience in industrial equipment, automation, manufacturing, or related sectors is strongly preferred
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new strategic partners that align with Ram Group solutions and target markets
- Build relationships with channel partners, consultants, integrators, and complementary service providers
- Develop partnership outreach, onboarding, and follow-up processes to support long-term collaboration
- Coordinate with leadership and technical teams on joint opportunities, introductions, and account strategy
- Track partner-sourced opportunities and maintain accurate notes, next steps, and pipeline visibility
- Represent the company in virtual meetings, industry conversations, and occasional events as needed
- Gather market and partner feedback to refine positioning, offerings, and collaboration models
- Help structure practical partnership programs that support revenue growth and stronger market presence
